Upon your initial site visit, together we will discuss your lighting plans, any design limits and options to provide the low voltage lighting equipment needed for the project.   There are many different types of lighting fixtures from pathways, spotlights, in-ground (flush) and more.  Many come in variety of colors and finishes.

After we walk your property and discuss your ideas, we can develop a plan that would suit your needs and budget.  I will evaluate your plan and make suggestions to provide the proper outdoor lighting equipment needed for your project.  I’m always happy to share my years of experience as how best to showcase your unique landscape and how to provide the necessary equipment.

The location and number of lights will determine the size and number of transformers needed for the project.  The transformer is what reduces household power to the low voltage needed for outdoor lighting.  I will then provide a written estimate based on number and distance of fixtures from the transformer.
